Understand the missing toggle
After buying the unlock, absence from the nightly service menu is the documented behavior rather than evidence the shop has no power. This change affects the supply service; it does not mean an empty Energy Cell becomes instantly charged during the day.

Check the first charging night
UPDATE 049 also fixes PowerBloc missing its first charging night after power activation or the hijack purchase. Arrange eligible adjacent targets and inspect the result after sleep. Commercial power is a separate speed upgrade, not a prerequisite stated for the hijack.
