Begin with completed wine
Finish fermentation before placing wine into AgeWell. Fruit condition, water grade and yeast already influence the bottle before aging begins. Keep a note of the starting age so that the next overnight change can be compared with the installed setup.
Unlock and upgrade
Jackson’s AgeWell stock is connected to Winemaker training. The reference identifies Quality as the aging-speed lever, but does not provide a universal optimal arrangement. Use the actual module stats and the machine’s progress to compare configurations before purchasing more modules.
