Rent reserve calculator
Last checked: · UPDATE 049 (public baseline)
Direct answer
Enter available cash, your next observed rent, other obligations and planned purchases. The calculator subtracts the three expense amounts from cash; a negative result identifies a shortfall rather than inventing a safe reserve or a fixed rent schedule.
Enter your own observed values. No game prices are prefilled.
Read the next obligation first
Use the amount currently shown in your game rather than a value copied from a different run. Put rent in the rent field and all other known obligations in the separate obligations field. Do not count the same payment twice.
Interpret the remaining cash
Remaining cash equals available cash minus next rent, other obligations and planned purchases. Zero means the entered expenses exactly exhaust the entered cash. A negative result is the amount your scenario is short; it is not a forecast of bankruptcy or a prediction of the game’s next event.
Compare purchases
Change planned purchases to see how a buying decision affects the reserve. This is a single cash snapshot, not a simulator of future sales, bargaining, reputation or random events. Copy useful figures elsewhere before refreshing; entries are not saved.
