A powered Water Purifier and a portable purifier use different resource rules. The reference-reported Demo model gives powered machines a Quality-dependent contamination floor and a Performance-dependent removal amount; running the same configuration again cannot bypass its floor.
Choose the correct process
The portable tool charges durability by total batch volume: one unit for each started 100 ml. The reference says it rejects water already at 98% purity and refuses a batch whose full charge exceeds remaining durability. That makes a small trial useful before committing a large container.

Understand the Quality thresholds
Reported floor multipliers are 0.85 at 15 Quality, 0.65 at 25, 0.35 at 50, 0.2 at 75, 0.1 at 100 and zero at 200. They are contamination limits, not final purity percentages. A zero floor still does not remove an unlimited amount in one cycle.
