Model Citizen costs one perk point, starts Security reputation 30 points higher and increases wanted-customer reporting rewards by 50% in the current Demo. It cannot be selected together with Convict.
Use the wanted list correctly
The reporting bonus rewards accurate identification. Compare the visitor with the wanted list and use the alarm before departure; a false report is not made safe by having a Security-oriented perk. A wanted customer and a confirmed aug also require different responses.

Current balance
UPDATE 049 raised the credit bonus from its older 20% value to 50%. Avoid using historical percentages when comparing the perk with another start. Security standing unlocks its own protection benefits independently of the cash bounty.
